Interaction: She’s a little rough around the edges, but she tries to get along with people as long as they aren’t complete goody-two-shoes like her sister. A little fun doesn’t hurt anyone, after all. She can quite often be, for lack of a better term, a royal bitch, but she usually doesn’t mean any serious harm by it. Her sense of humor is just slightly rude. She doesn't care about making friends, though, so her intimidatingly mean demeanor doesn't bother her.
Inner Being: Alone, Bella is hardly any different than when she’s around people. If anything, she is an honest person and doesn’t change herself to please or gain the approval of others. Her mother goes through men as fast as she goes through bottles of gin, which is to say quite quickly. The only two of her siblings who have the same father are Xander and, of course, Bianca. Her family life is not a pleasant one at all; her three older brothers have already moved out to start their own lives while she’s still stuck there to make sure her younger brothers don’t die of starvation while mom’s out getting wasted.
Pets: A four-year old, reddish-orange cat named Lucia.
History: Bella’s childhood consisted of her and her siblings taking care of each other because their mother was never around to do it herself. She brought different men home all the time so they never knew what to expect, and on the nights she came home alone, she was either too drunk to walk or higher than a kite. This tension-filled life drove her older brothers off as soon as they were old enough to live on their own. No one in the family feels any obligation to their mother, except for Oliver, who is still too young to know any better, and Bianca, who is too compassionate for her own good.
Since Bella never really had a good role model to look up to, she grew up as a troublemaker, and without a decent mother in her life, she’s always been “one of the guys.” She was close to Bianca when they were young, when they used to play together with their brothers and “the guys,” but Bianca grew up at a young age and Bella found her sister’s all too serious demeanor to be annoying. Once they were sorted into separate houses and made their own groups of friends, the two hardly ever saw each other and reverted to their cool attitudes toward each other.
Now Bella looks much more feminine than she did a year ago. After dealing with so much harassment because of her extremely boyish appearance, her sister stepped in for the transformational makeover, which Bella reluctantly allowed her to do. After realizing that she received much more (positive) attention for her look, she decided to keep it.
