To the left, as you enter the door, there are several pegs on the wall, and a black cloak is hanging off one of them. On a shelf above the pegs rests a witch's hat and a pair of formal dressy shoes. In the center of the room is a very old desk; on it are several neat stacks of parchments (some for grading and others to be mailed), a bottle of plain black ink, an eagle feather quill, and seals with wax for sending mail. Two chairs are placed in front of the desk for students to sit in while meeting with Callista. Behind the desk is a fireplace with an iron tea kettle sitting on an arm over the flames, and a cushioned chair with a small table are before it.
